The Old Saybrook Farmer's Market has been thriving for 10 years!!!.  We have grown from a market of 2 vendors in 1998, to a market with 29 vendors with a vast array of Connecticut products.  We are certified by the Connecticut Department of Agriculture to guarantee you that everything sold at our market is Connecticut Grown or Made.  Our produce is as fresh as you can get - corn picked that day, bread made that day, kettle/caramel corn made on site as well as many other handcrafted & picked items!  Please feel free to join us and enjoy the quality, freshness, & fun of our market!!!

George Hall owns George Hall Farm, 860-658-9297, located in Simsbury, CT.  They are a certified organic farm!  They raise organic vegetables & fruits.  They also have organic eggs, cut flowers, and honey.  You can visit them every Wednesday & Saturday at the market!


  

 

 

Kevin & Chris Bassette along with their partner, Henry Killam, own Killam & Bassette Farmstead, LLC , 860-633-1067, located in South Glastonbury, CT.  Henry, Kevin, Chris and their 5 children (Abby, Olivia, Dina, Henry, & Jamie) raise fresh, quality veggies and fruits, picked that day or the day before.  They also carry homemade jams, pies, applesauce, honey, and fresh cut flowers, all Connecticut grown/made.  They have 160 Happy layer hens and sell their delicious "free range" eggs for your enjoyment and health.  Quality produce & customer service is their top priority!  They have been running their farm for over 18 years and take pride in every aspect of it.  This is a "Family" run business!  You can visit Jess & Carol every Wednesday and Chris & Jess every Saturday at the market.

Paul Trubey owns Beltane Farm, 860-887-4709, in Lebannon, CT.  They make a variety of artisanal, farmstead goat milk cheese such as their award winning Fresh Chevreine.  They also make French style ripened cheeses as well as thier Feta. Their Oberhasli and La Mancha goats are milked twice daily and provide the milk for their cheese.  You can visit Paul every Saturday & Wednesday at the market!
